Mary lives and farms on her organic farm in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. She uses organic soil to grow over 50 different medicinal herbs. With a pharmacy background Mary makes her own line of herbal medicines. She has a private practice in Historical area of Shepherdstown and teaches several online courses in natural medicine.
Mary holds a Master of Science Degree in Natural Health & Nutrition and combines the use of vitamins, minerals and supplements with the use of herbs. She has been growing and using medicinal herbs since 1981 making her own medicines and giving classes locally, and once a year a large 6 month "Medicinal Herb" Course online. In 1996 she finished her Doctoral Degree in Naturopathy. Mary has been guest speaker at several colleges and at the Office of Alt-Medicine at NIH (Graduate Women of Science).
